During our visit, we found the coordination of getting from the garage to the hotel very frustrating. The navigation was tricky, and a golf cart shuttle service would have been immensely helpful. Moreover, the bathroom lacked adequate privacy, as it was only separated from the bedroom by a flimsy curtain, which was quite uncomfortable.

The unique cave design of the Conche Luxury Retreat really captured my heart. Each morning, the exceptional breakfast blew me away, with a spread that felt like a culinary experience. The attentive service from Carla, who reached out before I even arrived, set a welcoming tone. The room was impeccably clean and adorned with thoughtful touches. However, I did encounter a few issues. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Also, while the room was charming, it felt smaller than expected based on the photos. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmospheric charm of the hotel and its fantastic location near the old town contributed greatly to my enjoyment.
